Queen Mary’s Park website (the ‘Website’) is offered to you, the user, as a free service – it is provided as best efforts with no warranty implied. Your use of the Website is subject to these terms, conditions and notices of use. Your use of the Website constitutes agreement by you to all of these terms and conditions.

Limitation on types of use of the Website
Outside QMPRA / FoQMP, material from the Website may be downloaded or copied for personal, non-commercial use only. However, if you do make a legitimate copy of any Website material, you must retain all copyright or trademark notices featured in that material.
For any purpose other than personal non-commercial use, you may not reproduce in any form any part of the Website’s contents (other than in the cache of your computer in the course of using the Website) without the prior written consent of the QMPRA / FoQMP. These terms are governed by English law. In using the Website you consent to the jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Website.
This web site is not yet fully ‘accessibility’ compliant. This situation, however, will be rectified in due course as we implement our policy to make the site as accessible as possible to all users.
